Lead Generation Specialist (B2B Appointment Setter)

About the role

Payment Circle is seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to drive qualified B2B merchant‑services leads. This role goes beyond simple data entry; you will identify target businesses, locate decision‑makers, and create high‑quality conversations for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build prospect databases by industry, size, location, processing profile and business model.
• Conduct outbound outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, phone, business directories, industry databases and other proven B2B channels.
• Personalize sequences, qualify prospects, and hand qualified leads to sales.
• Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM and track outreach activity.
• Test and analyze new lead‑generation strategies to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven B2B lead‑generation experience with a track record of booked meetings.
• Strong prospect research skills and familiarity with cold‑email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Ability to segment leads, understand deliverability, and manage data in spreadsheets.
