Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our US‑facing outbound team in Karachi. You will engage US customers through live phone conversations, building relationships, qualifying prospects and driving sales without relying on scripted pitches.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US prospects during the 6 PM‑2 AM shift.
• Initiate genuine conversations, assess interest and qualify leads.
• Follow up on leads, nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM with prospect information.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets, including top‑floor cash rewards.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English suitable for US customers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on live calls.
• Ability to work the full shift schedule, Monday‑Saturday, 6 PM‑2 AM.
• Either prior experience in sales, BPO, call centre or a fresh graduate with a keen interest in sales.

• Base salary of PKR 40,000‑60,000 per month.
