Lead Generation Specialist – Remote

About the role

RemoteHiregpt connects fast‑growing AI companies with top engineering talent. We are looking for a results‑driven Lead Generation Specialist to source hiring opportunities, identify the right decision makers, and generate qualified interactions that feed our recruitment pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Research and compile a list of companies actively hiring AI and engineering roles.
• Identify the decision maker (founder, hiring manager, etc.) for each opening.
• Locate verified email addresses using your own email‑finding tools such as Apollo or similar platforms.
• Craft outreach messages using provided templates and initiate contact.
• Hand over every warm, positive reply to the internal recruitment team for further action.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation or outbound prospecting.
• Own reliable email‑finding tools (e.g., Apollo) and a track record of successful outreach.
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently.
