About the role

Edversity seeks a part‑time Lead Instructor to head its Forward Deployed AI Engineer program, a 12‑week remote bootcamp. The role blends teaching with ongoing professional work, guiding students to become client‑facing AI engineers.

Key responsibilities

Shape and maintain the curriculum, learning outcomes, projects and assessments.
Deliver live online lectures, labs and workshops on AI engineering, LLM development and deployment.
Supervise capstone projects, review code and architecture, and provide actionable feedback.
Coordinate with teaching assistants, set grading criteria and ensure consistent teaching quality.
Share performance updates and suggest program improvements based on employer needs.

Required profile

3+ years of industry experience in AI/ML engineering, solutions engineering or related fields.
1+ years of teaching, corporate training or team‑lead experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu.
Reliable internet connection and suitable remote‑teaching setup.

Required skills

Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, React/Next.js.
LLM providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Meta Llama, Mistral, Hugging Face.
Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Model Context Protocol.
Vector databases: Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector.
Evaluation tools: LangSmith, Langfuse, Weights & Biases, Ragas.
ML libraries: Pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, PyTorch.
Cloud platforms: AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda), Azure (Azure OpenAI), Google Cloud (Vertex AI).
Containerisation and orchestration: Docker, basic Kubernetes, CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
APIs and integration: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, n8n, Zapier.
Teaching tools: Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, Miro, Excalidraw.
