Lead Instructor, Data & Analytics Engineering

About the role

Edversity is launching a 12‑week Data & Analytics Engineering program and seeks an experienced industry practitioner to lead the cohort. The position is a practical teaching role that runs alongside a full‑time engineering job, with evening live sessions over three months.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver three live teaching sessions each week.
• Lead weekly code‑review and technical defence clinics.
• Review student assignments, projects and capstone work.
• Mentor students during capstone development and run production‑style data incident simulations.
• Keep curriculum aligned with current industry practices and identify graduates ready for employer referrals.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering or data platform roles.
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Availability for fixed evening sessions for 12 consecutive weeks.
• Ability to work 14‑17 hours per week including preparation, live teaching and student support.
