Lead Instructor – Data & Analytics Engineering

About the role

Edversity is launching a 12‑week, 96‑hour Data & Analytics Engineering program and seeks an experienced industry practitioner to lead the instruction. The role is practical, involving live teaching, mentorship, and assessment, and is designed to run alongside a full‑time engineering job.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver three live teaching sessions each week.
• Lead a weekly code‑review and technical defence clinic.
• Review student assignments and capstone projects.
• Mentor students during capstone development and run production‑style data incident simulations.
• Keep the curriculum aligned with current industry practices and identify graduates ready for employer referrals.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering or data platform roles.
• Experience owning or supporting production data platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Availability for fixed evening sessions over 12 consecutive weeks.
• Teaching experience, postgraduate qualifications or vendor certifications are not required.
