Lead, Islamic Technical T24 Development

About the role

The Lead, Islamic Technical T24 Development will drive end‑to‑end development, enhancement and delivery of core banking and digital products for Mobilink Microfinance Bank. The role ensures compliance with regulatory and business requirements while translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. The incumbent will manage cross‑functional teams and multiple technology‑driven projects.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new product development and enhancements as defined by business targets.
• Implement regulatory requirements within specified timelines.
• Lead multiple projects with end‑to‑end responsibility.
• Provide clear visibility on project status and present scheduled reports to management.
• Manage cross‑functional teams to achieve timely, high‑quality delivery within limited resources.
• Build and maintain business cases for different projects.
• Oversee department/unit management with time, cost and quality responsibility.
• Develop and update technical documentation for Core Banking System developments.
• Lead insight analytics for business reports and ad‑hoc data extractions.
• Work on continuous improvement projects for application support models using appropriate technologies.
• Perform any other assignments assigned by higher management.

Required profile

• Graduation with a professional degree in IT/CS/SE/CE from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 2 years experience in development of Core Banking System (Temenos T24 AA Architecture).
• Ability to maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Clear understanding of core banking functional segments (Lending, Deposits, Accounts).
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking operations and policies.
• Good understanding of Data Science and Business Intelligence technologies.
