About the role

Recruit AI is seeking a proactive Lead Management and Customer Support Specialist to join its Digital Marketing team in Lahore. The role focuses on handling leads generated from digital campaigns, qualifying prospects, and ensuring smooth hand‑off to sales or technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage leads from digital marketing channels and online platforms.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and follow‑up calls to engage potential customers.
• Qualify inbound inquiries based on predefined criteria.
• Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales or technical teams.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking sheets, CRM records, and performance logs.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to support campaign efforts.
• Generate daily and weekly reports on lead activity and conversion progress.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries while maintaining professionalism.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and organized with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fresh graduate or up to two years of relevant experience.
