Lead, Strategic Account Management

About the role

We are looking for a Lead, Strategic Account Management to head a cluster of strategic accounts for foodpanda. You will drive commercial and operational performance, work closely with vendors and internal teams, and ensure the delivery of our customer‑centric service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cluster of strategic accounts, managing commercial and operational KPIs.
• Communicate monthly and quarterly initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly results and annual forecasts.
• Identify growth opportunities within the account cluster and coordinate execution with the team.
• Monitor operational KPIs of the cluster.
• Hold weekly meetings with vendors to discuss performance and improvement areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related business field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within e‑commerce, food delivery, quick‑commerce, digital platforms, FMCG, retail or other fast‑paced commercial environments.
• Strong work ethic, self‑starter attitude, integrity and proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced PowerPoint/presentation skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Looker (advantage).
