Lead Technical & Growth SEO Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an elite, hands‑on Senior SEO Specialist to own our technical SEO infrastructure, crawl economy, content architecture, and advanced authority‑building campaigns. This remote position requires deep algorithmic knowledge, the ability to diagnose complex indexing issues, and to build scalable off‑page distribution engines.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze server logs (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Loggly) to optimize crawl budget and eliminate waste.
• Resolve rendering issues in JavaScript‑heavy environments, manage canonicalization loops, and fix pagination bugs.
• Collaborate with developers to improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) through performance engineering.
• Design and deploy complex JSON‑LD schema for rich results and AI search extraction.
• Create scalable silo structures, topic clusters, and internal linking frameworks to maximize PageRank flow.
• Leverage NLP models and semantic keyword tools (Surfer, Clearscope, InLinks) for entity‑focused content creation.
• Plan and execute programmatic SEO templates while avoiding duplicate content penalties.
• Lead high‑authority link acquisition, digital PR campaigns, and competitor backlink reverse‑engineering.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on technical SEO experience.
• Proven track record of diagnosing and fixing complex indexing and rendering issues.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to design and scale SEO architectures.
