Lead Verifier & Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Verifier and Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will engage prospects over the phone, verify their interest and qualifications, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce our services and gather essential information.
• Qualify leads by assessing interest level and collecting critical data.
• Schedule appointments for qualified prospects with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect profiles in the CRM database.
• Ensure all interactions meet company quality standards and performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, resilient and driven to meet targets.
• Basic familiarity with CRM software and call‑center tools is a plus.
