Learning and Education Data Analyst – Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Learning and Education Data Analyst to join our team in Karachi. In this associate‑level position you will design, implement and monitor innovative training programmes that enhance employee skills and support a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyse training data using intermediate to advanced Excel techniques.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to track learning metrics.
• Automate repetitive data‑processing tasks to improve efficiency.
• Ensure training activities comply with global learning standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide hands‑on support during training sessions, including set‑up, coordination and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience in learning and development or data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
• Familiarity with automation tools for process optimisation.
