Learning & Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for a global technology leader. This remote contract position will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update training materials for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Facilitate virtual and, when needed, in‑person training sessions for employees and external partners.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback surveys and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to create accurate, engaging content.
• Maintain records of participation, certifications, and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate training or education development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience adapting content for diverse learning styles and technical levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using authoring tools to create e‑learning modules.
