Learning & Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for a global technology workforce. This remote contract position focuses on creating engaging content that aligns with business objectives and supports employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update training materials for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Facilitate virtual and, when needed, in‑person training sessions for employees and external partners.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback surveys and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Maintain comprehensive records of participation, certifications, and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate training or education development.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to adapt content for diverse learning styles and technical levels.
