Learning & Development Specialist – Logistics

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist will design, deliver and manage technical training programs for logistics operations across Pakistan. This role ensures new hires and existing staff receive effective onboarding, upskilling and continuous learning to meet operational performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs, including classroom, on‑the‑job and virtual sessions.
• Develop and maintain training materials such as presentations, SOP‑based guides, tutorials, quizzes and assessments.
• Conduct onboarding, refresher and upskilling sessions, and track completion, assessment scores and knowledge gaps.
• Partner with Operations Excellence and Logistics teams to identify performance gaps and create targeted training interventions.
• Maintain accurate training records, dashboards and regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, training delivery or logistics operations.
• Experience designing and delivering training for frontline or field‑based employees.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with operational data and KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms.
• Ability to create clear, engaging training materials and assessments.
