About the role

We are seeking a Legal Compliance Specialist to work remotely for a global technology leader. The role focuses on reviewing, drafting, and ensuring legal documents meet all applicable laws and internal policies. You will operate independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise contracts, agreements, and compliance materials.

• Collaborate with internal teams to answer legal inquiries and provide guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in legal document review, drafting, or compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
