About the role

We are seeking a Legal Compliance Specialist to work remotely and support a global technology leader. The role focuses on reviewing, drafting, and ensuring that contracts and other legal documents meet all applicable laws and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and compliance materials.
• Verify that all documents comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address legal inquiries and provide guidance.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and related correspondence.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating potential legal risks in business operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in legal document review, drafting, or compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
