Legal Consultant – Remote (AI Project)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Consultant to join a leading AI organization on a contract basis. You will apply your corporate law, litigation, and regulatory compliance expertise to train advanced AI systems, ensuring they reflect real‑world legal reasoning across sectors such as finance, healthcare, and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to optimize outcomes while mitigating legal and financial risk.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research and case analysis, delivering actionable insights for decision‑makers.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting counsel.
• Assess regulatory compliance and perform due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Design prompts and evaluation rubrics that improve AI model accuracy in legal reasoning.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, or regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to conduct legal research, risk assessment, and support dispute resolution in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality, ethics, and professional standards in legal practice and data handling.
• Experience with due diligence for high‑risk transactions such as M&A.
