About the role
SwiftNine Group is hiring a highly competent, commercially intelligent Legal Executive to protect the company's legal interests, prevent avoidable disputes and handle every legal matter professionally, efficiently and decisively. - Manage internal complaints, coordinate with government authorities, document and escalate matters, and support compliant responses to investigations.
- Draft, review and improve employment contracts, NDAs, confidentiality agreements and company policies; advise HR on resignations, terminations and disciplinary actions.
- Review and negotiate vendor, supplier and service agreements, coordinate with Finance on disputed amounts and minimise exposure to claims and penalties.
- Draft, standardise and maintain commercial agreements, including dispute-resolution, confidentiality and termination clauses.
- Monitor corporate, employment and regulatory requirements, identify legal risks early, keep a register of disputes, claims and deadlines, and coordinate international matters with local counsel.
- Provide management with legal risk assessments, develop internal legal procedures and take ownership of matters from complaint to resolution.

- 2-4+ years of experience in corporate law, dispute resolution, employment law or litigation support.
- Strong understanding of Pakistan's civil, criminal, commercial and employment law frameworks.
