About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Legal Expert to support a leading technology company that operates micro‑tasking and freelance platforms. Working remotely, you will help ensure the platform’s policies and operations comply with relevant local and international laws.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft terms of service, privacy policies, and user agreements to meet legal standards.
• Identify and advise on legal risks related to data privacy, labor regulations, and cross‑border transactions.
• Assess intellectual property issues and help mitigate related disputes.
• Provide legal support for user disputes and platform‑related inquiries.
• Monitor and interpret evolving regulations affecting gig‑economy platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience reviewing and drafting contracts for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of data‑privacy frameworks such as GDPR or CCPA.
• Familiarity with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.
