About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Expert to join a leading technology client on a remote, part‑time basis. You will guide the development of compliant micro‑tasking and freelance platforms by interpreting and applying local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and update terms of service, privacy policies, and user agreements for legal compliance.
• Identify and advise on legal risks related to data privacy, labor law, and cross‑border transactions.
• Support dispute resolution processes and respond to platform‑related legal inquiries.
• Monitor evolving legislation affecting gig‑economy platforms and recommend proactive measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience reviewing and drafting contracts for digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data‑privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Familiarity with labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent analytical abilities and clear communication of complex legal concepts to non‑legal stakeholders.
