About the role

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft terms of service, privacy policies, and user agreements to ensure legal compliance.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks related to data privacy, labor regulations, and cross‑border transactions.
• Provide guidance on intellectual property issues and dispute‑resolution mechanisms.
• Support the platform’s legal team in handling user disputes and regulatory inquiries.
• Monitor evolving laws affecting gig‑economy platforms and advise on necessary policy updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience reviewing and drafting contracts for digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data‑privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA.
• Familiarity with labor laws in multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent analytical abilities and capacity to translate complex legal concepts for non‑legal stakeholders.
