Legal Specialist – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Specialist to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will review and draft legal documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide practical guidance to cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct legal research to identify risks and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout legal processes.
• Support contract negotiations and facilitate clear communication between parties.
• Organise and preserve records of legal documents and correspondence for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, or legal advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities to assess legal risks.
• Proficiency with legal document management systems or similar tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication for both legal and non‑legal stakeholders.
