About the role

We are seeking a Remote Legal Specialist on a contract basis to support the development of next‑generation AI systems. You will apply your legal expertise to review, negotiate, and analyze contracts while ensuring regulatory compliance and managing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Assess regulatory compliance and support due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, negotiation, and analysis.
• Strong research and analytical abilities with a focus on actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing documentation and presenting complex information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global, collaborative team.
• Domain knowledge in finance or technology, including relevant regulatory frameworks.
