Legal Specialist – Remote Contract Role

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis, supporting a global technology leader. The role involves reviewing and drafting legal documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing legal guidance to cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise contracts, agreements and other legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct legal research to identify risks and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout legal processes.
• Support contract negotiations and facilitate clear communication between parties.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, or legal advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities to assess legal risks.
• Effective written and verbal communication for both legal and non‑legal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Familiarity with legal document management systems or similar tools.
