Legal Specialist – Remote Contract Role

About the role

We are hiring a Legal Specialist on a contract basis to support a global technology leader. The role is fully remote and focuses on reviewing, drafting and managing legal documents while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout legal processes.
• Support contract negotiations and facilitate clear communication between parties.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, or legal advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities to assess legal risks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for both legal and non‑legal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Familiarity with legal document management tools or systems.
