About the role

We are seeking a Remote Legal Specialist to support a global leader in software development and IT services. The role focuses on reviewing legal documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing actionable guidance to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Provide clear, actionable legal advice on regulatory and contractual matters.
• Draft and revise terms of service, privacy policies, disclaimers, and related legal texts.
• Assess potential legal implications of business decisions and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and other cross‑functional teams to address legal concerns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, and compliance assessment.
• Strong knowledge of data protection laws, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
• Ability to interpret legal terminology and translate it into practical guidance.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical reasoning.
