Legal Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Specialist to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will review and draft legal documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide actionable legal guidance to cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and edit contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct legal research to identify risks and propose practical recommendations.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Support contract negotiations and facilitate clear communication between parties.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, or legal advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and research abilities to assess legal risks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for both legal and non‑legal stakeholders.
