Legal Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Specialist to join our client’s team on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will review and draft legal documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide guidance to support business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements and other legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct legal research to identify risks and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout legal processes.
• Support contract negotiations and facilitate clear communication between parties.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting or legal advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities to assess legal risks.
• Effective written and verbal communication for both legal and non‑legal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal document management systems or related tools.
