Limousine Reservation and Dispatch Executive

About the role

The Limousine Reservation and Dispatch Executive will manage all aspects of limousine bookings for our clients in Faisalabad. Working on‑site, you will ensure smooth coordination between customers, drivers and partner companies to deliver timely and reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process phone and online limousine reservation requests.
• Confirm bookings, enter and update trip details in the reservation system.
• Coordinate with drivers and partner firms to schedule pickups and drop‑offs.
• Monitor ride schedules, handle changes, delays or cancellations and communicate updates to customers.
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing and policies.
• Maintain detailed records of reservations and dispatch activities.
• Collaborate with operations teams to support overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple reservations simultaneously.
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in office software, reservation systems or dispatch tools.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Experience in transportation, travel, hospitality or call‑center environments is an advantage.
• Minimum education at intermediate level; diploma or degree in business, administration or related field preferred.
• Problem‑solving mindset and calm approach to urgent situations.
