Linehaul Planning Lead – Logistics

About the role

The Linehaul Planning Lead will own end‑to‑end network planning and optimisation for Daraz logistics, ensuring cost efficiency, reliable service and scalable operations. You will design strategic transportation plans, collaborate across functions and drive continuous improvement through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end linehaul network planning and optimisation for Daraz logistics operations.
• Design and implement strategic transportation plans across key trade lanes based on volume forecasts, service level agreements and capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to align linehaul strategies with commercial growth plans and seasonal demand fluctuations.
• Develop dynamic routing and scheduling models using data analytics and optimisation tools to improve asset utilisation and reduce transit times.
• Partner with carriers, 3PLs and internal operations teams to execute plans, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding or large‑scale e‑commerce supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in tools such as SQL or AI.
• Deep understanding of global trade compliance, carrier management and multimodal transportation economics.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to influence cross‑functional teams.
