About the role

11thAgency, a full-service software and digital agency based in Austin, Texas, is hiring a full-time, on-site LinkedIn Business Development Expert in Karachi. The role drives new business through LinkedIn and related digital channels, by identifying and qualifying prospects, running targeted outreach campaigns and keeping a strong LinkedIn presence for the company and its key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and identify and qualify prospects
• Build targeted outreach campaigns and manage inbound and outbound messages
• Nurture relationships with potential clients and coordinate discovery calls and follow-ups with the sales team
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles and content, and track the results of outreach efforts
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams so messaging matches 11thAgency's services
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare performance reports and contribute ideas to improve business development strategies

Required profile

• Strong business development and sales skills to build pipelines and convert leads into clients
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Solid analytical skills for market research, audience segmentation and interpreting outreach data
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Previous experience in agency, SaaS or digital services business development is an advantage

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and social selling; LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools are highly beneficial
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, email outreach tools and basic digital marketing concepts is preferred
