LinkedIn Marketing Executive (Branding & Marketing Associate)

About the role

Better Devices is looking for a creative and technically‑savvy LinkedIn Marketing Executive to support its branding and outreach initiatives. You will work closely with the Branding & Marketing Manager to produce high‑quality content, run LinkedIn campaigns, and strengthen the company’s online presence in a fast‑paced B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule LinkedIn posts, including visuals and copy, and monitor performance.
• Write clear, compelling technical copy for social media, website, ads, and other channels.
• Design eye‑catching assets using Canva or Figma for posts, banners, decks, and case studies.
• Plan, strategise, and execute paid social campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Maintain the content calendar and organise weekly marketing tasks.
• Collaborate with the Branding & Marketing Manager to brainstorm ideas and execute campaigns.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, branding, or content creation.
• Proven expertise with LinkedIn, including algorithm knowledge and engagement tactics.
• Strong writing skills with an eye for error‑free, concise copy.
• Organised, deadline‑driven, and quality‑focused.
• Comfortable creating short video content using CapCut or similar tools.
