LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (Night Shift)

About the role

Fission Tech is seeking a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to join our Karachi office on a night‑shift schedule. You will design and execute B2B outreach campaigns targeting Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0 and SaaS solutions, connecting with decision‑makers in the US and UK.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high‑potential B2B leads aligned with our technology focus.
• Manage end‑to‑end outreach across LinkedIn, cold‑email and other channels.
• Craft personalized messages that address target customers’ business challenges.
• Operate LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools such as Lemlist or Expandi to run campaigns.
• Track leads and pipeline using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar).
• Analyse campaign performance, refine strategies and improve processes.
• Mentor interns and junior team members to ensure consistent outreach quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in B2B lead generation and outreach within the tech/software sector.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.
• Familiarity with lead‑sourcing platforms (Apollo, Snov.io, Clay) and outreach tools (Instantly, Smartlead).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce human‑sounding messages.
• Preferred: experience managing or mentoring junior outreach staff and knowledge of Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0 or B2B SaaS.
