LinkedIn Talent Acquisition & Business Development Executive – US IT Staffing

About the role

We are looking for a LinkedIn Talent Acquisition & Business Development Executive who can independently use LinkedIn as the primary tool for sourcing technical candidates, recruiting, bench marketing, and acquiring US clients. This hunter‑type role requires generating both candidate pipelines and new business opportunities rather than relying on inbound applications.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified IT professionals on LinkedIn using advanced search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter/Lite, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and acquire US IT staffing clients through LinkedIn, conduct cold outreach, generate new staffing requirements and manage the client acquisition pipeline.
• Market bench consultants to relevant US clients and vendors, coordinate submissions, and drive interview and placement opportunities.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates, coordinating submissions, interviews, feedback, onboarding, and keeping accurate recruitment records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in US IT staffing, technical recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Strong hands‑on experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and headhunting, including LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite.
• Ability to independently find IT candidates on LinkedIn without relying on job portals.
• Experience sourcing technical roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Business Analysts, and other IT professionals.
• Understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099) and work‑authorization processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, cold‑outreach, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, comfortable working independently with a strong hunter mindset.
