About the role
Idealancy is hiring a professional, punctual and customer-focused Live Chat Support Executive for its Customer Support team in North Nazimabad, Karachi. The position is full-time and onsite, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with immediate joining preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Handle live chat conversations across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other online channels
- Manage order confirmations and order processing
- Answer shipment-related queries, follow up on couriers and resolve delivery issues
- Manage multiple chats and cope with high volumes of customer queries in a fast-paced environment
Required profile
- Minimum intermediate qualification
- Experience in live chat support or eCommerce customer service
- Good understanding of order confirmation and order processing
- Knowledge of courier and logistics operations
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
- Punctuality, discipline and a professional work ethic; ability to work under pressure
What we offer
- Salary of 40k to 50k depending on experience
