Loads & Performance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Loads & Performance Engineer to define and develop aircraft load cases, perform loads and dynamics analysis, and support flight‑test and certification activities. You will work in a collaborative aerospace environment focused on cutting‑edge technology and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop aircraft load cases and load envelopes for flight and ground conditions.
• Perform loads and dynamics analysis of aircraft components, assemblies, and systems.
• Define gust, maneuver, landing, and ground load cases.
• Compute external loads from early design through flight test and certification.
• Develop aeroelastic models for flutter prediction and other aeroelastic analyses.
• Define instrumentation and process data for flight loads acquisition.
• Collaborate with aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, GNC and other interdisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• BSc, MSc or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in aerospace.
• Strong background in aircraft loads analysis and loads development.
• Understanding of statics, dynamics, aerodynamics, stability, control and vibrations.
• Knowledge of aircraft certification requirements and standards such as CS23 and FAR23 (preferred).
