Logistics Excellence Manager – Cold Chain

About the role

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence in secondary cold‑chain transportation for the ice‑cream business in Pakistan, improving customer service, cost efficiency and carbon footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Define best‑practice logistics standards and drive continuous performance improvement through benchmarking.
• Reduce cold‑chain transport losses by implementing transition‑management processes and best‑in‑class transport management tools.
• Lead CO₂ reduction initiatives in warehouse and transportation activities.
• Implement activity‑based costing, fleet design and optimal transport processes (right truck type, shipment module, TMS).
• Collaborate with geographical, quality, safety and finance teams to deploy best‑in‑class transport processes and drive KPI improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics experience, including at least 2 years managing logistics operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
