Logistics Manager – Trucking

About the role

The Logistics Manager – Trucking will lead logistics operations at SLGTrax’s Karachi hub, overseeing trucking fleets, procurement and inventory to ensure a smooth flow of goods, data, and capital for our partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize day‑to‑day logistics operations.
• Manage the trucking fleet, including scheduling, maintenance and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate procurement activities to support uninterrupted supply‑chain flow.
• Control inventory levels, accuracy and replenishment processes.
• Monitor customer service processes and resolve logistical challenges.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop effective supply‑chain strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase logistics efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong background in logistics, supply‑chain management and procurement.
• Experience in inventory management and operational workflow optimization.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage trucking operations effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply‑Chain Management or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Pakistan’s logistics and transportation landscape is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics and supply‑chain software systems (advantage).
