Logistics Officer – Sahiwal District

About the role

The Logistics Officer will be based in the Sahiwal District and will coordinate daily logistics activities to ensure smooth transportation, accurate inventory, and efficient warehouse operations. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the company’s commitment to high‑quality supply‑chain service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee transportation schedules and liaise with carriers to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, reconcile records, and reduce discrepancies.
• Manage warehouse workflows including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, shipment tracking, and compliance records.
• Review logistics performance metrics and propose process improvements.
• Support supply‑chain planning and coordinate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong background in logistics and supply‑chain management.
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Solid administrative abilities for documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency with logistics and inventory software, spreadsheets, and related digital tools.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field; prior logistics or transportation experience is a plus.
