About the role

Belgian Jewels is seeking a Luxury Retail Sales Representative to join its flagship showroom in Lahore. The role focuses on delivering a premium shopping experience to walk‑in customers, guiding them through the selection of fine jewelry that celebrates life’s special moments.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome walk‑in customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
• Engage clients to understand their preferences and advise on suitable jewelry pieces.
• Provide detailed explanations of product features, including diamond certifications, gold quality, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with showroom procedures.
• Support visual merchandising by keeping displays organized and appealing.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
• Communicate fluently in English to serve a diverse clientele.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, according to the showroom schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 11:30 AM‑9:30 PM).

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury or fine‑jewelry sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and ability to uphold showroom standards.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
