Management Consultant – Service Delivery Networks

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sector Specialist / Management Consultant to support a 3–5 month consulting assignment involving large‑scale service delivery networks. The role will assess operating models, identify improvement opportunities, and help develop implementation roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sector‑specific expertise and industry insights.
• Assess existing operating models, processes, and service delivery networks.
• Identify opportunities for network optimisation, operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service improvement.
• Analyze operational KPIs and develop practical improvement recommendations.
• Conduct stakeholder discussions, operational assessments, and benchmarking.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
• Support development of implementation roadmaps and transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant industry or consulting experience.
• Proven experience with large‑scale, geographically distributed service delivery networks.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder‑management, and presentation skills.
• Previous management‑consulting, transformation, or operational‑excellence experience is an advantage.
