Management Trainee – Business Development

About the role

The accounting firm is looking for a Management Trainee to support its Business Development function. This entry‑level position will help attract new clients, support senior staff, and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
• Prepare and deliver pitches, presentations, and customized proposals to prospective clients.
• Run outbound campaigns (calls, emails) to generate sales leads.
• Maintain client information in the database and follow up to ensure high‑quality service.
• Build relationships with key decision‑makers and translate proposals into signed contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage risks that could affect growth.
• Support the preparation of new business proposals and maintain knowledge of all service offerings.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience in an accounting environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, active listening skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Interpersonal skills to develop long‑lasting client relationships.
