Management Trainee Officer – Education Counseling

About the role

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Education Counseling is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Karachi. You will guide students on academic pathways, admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and suitable international programmes. You will work closely with senior counselors to deliver ethical, student‑focused advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one counseling sessions with prospective students.
• Manage student inquiries and provide accurate information on admission processes.
• Maintain detailed records of student profiles, applications, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with local and international university representatives.
• Support education awareness activities and events.
• Prepare counseling materials, presentations, and informational brochures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of counseling processes and services.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
