About the role
The Manager Accounting & Reporting will lead the accounting and reporting functions for METRO/MAKRO in Pakistan, ensuring accurate financial statements and compliance with standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise general and cost accounting & reporting functions.
- Prepare Group Financials for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
- Prepare statutory financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, accounting standards and Metro guidelines.
- Compare and analyse financial results.
Required profile
- CA Finalist, ACMA, ACCA or a minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in accounting and reporting.
Required skills
- IFRS compliance.
- Knowledge of accounting standards.
