Manager Accounts - US Taxation Experience (Night Shift)

About the role

Global Reliance offers virtual business services to small and medium-sized enterprises, covering marketing, accounting and HR. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Manager Accounts for US taxation experience working the night shift in Lahore. The role oversees US-based accounting and taxation processes, including financial statements, tax returns, reconciliations and compliance documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee US accounting and taxation processes, including preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, reconciliations and compliance documentation.
• Supervise a team handling US clients and ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with clients to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Monitor workflow daily, maintain accurate records and review deliverables for quality.
• Support process improvements to improve efficiency during night shift operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align accounting practices with company policies and client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a BPO, shared services or outsourcing environment serving US clients is highly beneficial.
• Ability and willingness to work night shifts on-site in Lahore, staying reliable and professional under time-sensitive conditions.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of US accounting principles and taxation regulations, including US tax returns and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software, financial reporting, reconciliations and general ledger management.
• Team management, mentoring and task allocation.
• Analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication with US clients and internal stakeholders.
