Manager Admin Services & Security

About the role

The Manager Admin Services & Security will lead the plant‑wide security and administration strategy, ensuring the safety of facilities, employees, visitors and assets. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role oversees both the security team and the administration functions across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a robust security framework at the Rakh Canal Plant and maize warehouses, including risk assessments, CCTV monitoring and incident reporting.
• Lead security operations, manage arms registration, licensing and training for personnel across three sites.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including law‑enforcement agencies, to address security concerns and crisis situations.
• Oversee administration and facilities management such as office services, transport, gate operations, canteen, and grievance handling for unionized and third‑party staff.
• Drive technology upgrades for access control, alarm systems and video surveillance, and ensure maintenance of all security equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or MBA.
• Proven experience in admin and security leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of industrial relations and risk management.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
