Manager Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning

About the role

Creative Chaos is looking for an experienced Manager to lead demand forecasting and inventory planning within the CPG/FMCG sector. You will align sales, marketing and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product availability while reducing excess stock.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end demand forecasting across multiple product categories and SKUs.
• Develop, maintain and improve statistical and judgment‑based forecasting models.
• Drive S&OP/IBP cycles in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Translate demand plans into actionable inventory and replenishment strategies.
• Monitor and improve forecast accuracy (MAPE, Bias) and inventory KPIs (DOH, Fill Rate, Service Level).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–10+ years of experience in demand forecasting, inventory or supply planning, preferably in CPG/FMCG.
• Strong hands‑on experience with S&OP/IBP processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with forecasting tools such as SAP APO/IBP, Oracle, Anaplan or Kinaxis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
