Manager - Donor Relationships

About the role

The Manager – Donor Relationships will lead and strengthen LUMS' philanthropic engagement in Karachi. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with corporates, alumni, high‑net‑worth individuals and institutions to secure long‑term financial commitments aligned with the university’s priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising and donor engagement strategies for Karachi, building a segmented pipeline of corporate, alumni, HNI and institutional prospects.
• Manage strategic relationships with senior corporate stakeholders, foundations and institutional partners, leading discussions and structuring partnership opportunities.
• Drive donor acquisition, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship, maintaining an active pipeline and delivering high‑quality proposals and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Development or related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, business development or key account management, with proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
