Manager Fixed Network Procurement

About the role

The Manager Fixed Network Procurement will lead the end‑to‑end tendering and procurement activities for PTCL’s fixed network assets. This senior position is responsible for shaping procurement strategy, selecting vendors, and ensuring contracts align with organisational goals and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement plans in collaboration with finance and end‑users.
• Drive vendor selection, negotiate terms and conditions, and manage tender openings, evaluations and award processes.
• Prepare detailed reports on contractual issues and present findings to senior management.
• Oversee contract lifecycle: initiate, review, sign, and monitor contracts, amendments and addendums.
• Ensure contractors comply with agreed terms and resolve minor issues through coordination with relevant departments.
• Maintain an efficient, uninterrupted supply chain by timely ordering and contract renewal.
• Participate in training and capability‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or advanced degree in Business Administration.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management capability.
• Deep understanding of product design, pricing models and commercialization frameworks.
• Proficiency in market analysis, demand forecasting and ROI modelling.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.
